Humana’s Board of Directors has decided to withdraw the dividend proposal

Due to the current situation caused by the spread of Covid-19, the Board of Directors in Humana AB has decided to withdraw the dividend proposal to the Annual General Meeting to be held on May 7.

Humana has a very important role to play as a responsible care provider in the Nordic region and the Board of Directors in Humana believes that it is advisable to withdraw the dividend proposal in this uncertain time in order to further increase the company's scope for action and strengthen its financial endurance.

The proposed dividend, which has now been withdrawn, amounted to SEK 0.70 per share, a total of SEK 37 million. Humana's Annual General Meeting will take place on May 7 in Stockholm.
