Humana's Chairman of the Board Sören Mellstig declines re-election at the 2023 Annual General Meeting

Sören Mellstig, Chairman of the Board of Humana AB, has informed the Nomination Committee that he is not available for re-election at the 2023 Annual General Meeting.

Sören Mellstig was elected to Humana AB's Board of Directors in 2019 and has since then held the position as Chairman of the Board. The Nomination Committee continues to work according to its normal process for the 2023 Annual General Meeting and will present its proposal for board composition, including the new chairperson, well in advance of the Annual General Meeting.
