Humana's new President and CEO Johanna Rastad will take office in December

As previously announced (press release 2021-09-08) Johanna Rastad has been appointed new President and CEO of Humana AB, taking office during the first quarter of 2022. The Board has now, in consultation with Johanna Rastad and outgoing President and CEO Rasmus Nerman, agreed that the change of CEO will take place on 17 December 2021.

– During the autumn Johanna Rastad and Rasmus Nerman have had time for handover and I and the Board are now looking forward to continuing our work together with Johanna Rastad and the other management, Sören Mellstig, Chairman of the Board of Humana, says.

– At the same time, I would like to take this opportunity to, on behalf of the Board, thank Rasmus Nerman for an initiated and passionate leadership that has created the Humana that we see today with great opportunities for continued development, Sören Mellstig says.
