Notification regarding Humana AB:s holding of its own shares

On 7 December 2020 Humana AB:s holding of its own shares, after a purchase of 2,656,860 shares the same day, amounted to 2,659,711 shares, which corresponds to 5 per cent of the total number of registered shares and votes.

The acquisition of own shares has been done in accordance with an authorisation from the Annual General Meeting on 7 May 2020 and in accordance with the press release on 4 December 2020.

The total number of shares in Humana AB amounts to 53 140 064 as per this day.
