President and CEO Rasmus Nerman leaves Humana
Humana's President and CEO Rasmus Nerman has informed the Board that he has decided to leave the company, as he has accepted the role of President and CEO of Apoteket AB. The Board is now starting the process of recruiting his successor.
After eight years at Humana and six years as President and CEO, Rasmus Nerman leaves the company at his own request.
‒ I have decided to leave Humana for a new challenge and have accepted to become President and CEO of Apoteket AB. I am incredibly proud of Humana's development and I feel very grateful to have been entrusted to lead Humana that has such an important role in society and where we every day contribute to giving thousands of people a better life. Humana is a fantastic company, where the employees have a unique commitment, an enormous joy and a deep knowledge. Once I finally leave I will miss all my colleagues as well as Humana's strong operations a lot, says Rasmus Nerman.
‒ During Rasmus' time at Humana, the company has developed into one of the Nordic region's leading care companies and the company is now well prepared to take a continued important position as the great needs and challenges in Nordic welfare are to be handled in the future. As chairman, I have worked closely with Rasmus for just over two intensive years and I have appreciated our cooperation and Rasmus' drive a lot. As previously communicated Humana will release its report on the second quarter and the half-year 2021 on 20 August, 2021.
