    Ahead of the Annual General Meeting 2019 the Nomination Committee of Humana AB has decided to propose Magdalena Gerger and Fredrik Strömholm as new directors of the Board.The Nomination Committee proposes that the Board be composed of seven directors (unchanged from the current year) elected at the Annual General Meeting, with no alternates, for the period until the next Annual General Meeting.     Impilo becomes new large shareholder of Humana

    The Swedish investment company Impilo becomes new large shareholder in Humana following the acquisition of a large ownership stake in the Nordic care company.Humana has been informed that Impilo, a Nordic based investment company focusing on the care and healthcare sector in the Nordic region, has reached an agreement to acquire circa 12.5% of the votes and capital in Humana from Humana’s largest shareholder Argan Capital, making Impilo the second largest shareholder in Humana, after Argan Capital.
