Ahead of the Annual General Meeting 2019 the Nomination Committee of Humana AB has decided to propose Sören Mellstig as the new Chairman of the Board.The Chairman of the Board, Per Båtelson, has after eleven years as a board member, including five years as its Chairman, declared that he is not available for re-election.
