Bayn signed a Letter of Intent with Toikako Kaubandus OÜ, after discussions about market entry strategies in Estonia.

The Letter of Intent (LoI) includes distribution of the Bayn sugar-reduction solution product line EUREBA and the sugar-reduction ingredients line Navia.
