Change in ICA Gruppen’s Nomination Committee
SEB Investment Management replaces AMF in ICA Gruppen’s Nomination Committee.
Since AMF - Försäkring och Fonder is no longer the third-largest shareholder, they have made their place in ICA Gruppen’s Nomination Committee available and this will be taken up by SEB Investment Management. Hans Ek, deputy CEO of SEB Investment Management, will therefore replace Anders Oscarsson, Head of Equities at AMF who was elected previously.
Other members of the Nomination Committee are Claes Ottosson, ICA retailer in Hovås and Anna-Karin Liljeholm, legal counsel at ICA-handlarnas Förbund and Anders Nyberg, General Counsel at Industrivärden.
