Change to ICA Gruppen’s Nomination Committee

Hans Ek, Vice President of SEB Investment Management AB, is to replace Stephanie Gabrielsson of Skandia Investment Management on ICA Gruppen’s Nomination Committee. The change is being made because SEB Fonder has taken the place of Skandia Liv as one of the three largest shareholders and Skandia Liv has therefore made its place available in accordance with the instructions for the Nomination Committee.

Following the change ICA Gruppen’s Nomination Committee comprises Claes Ottosson and Anna-Karin Liljeholm, representing ICA Handlarnas Förbund; Annika Lundius, representing Industrivärden; and Hans Ek, representing SEB Fonder.
