ICA Gruppen issues bonds for SEK 1.2 billion

ICA Gruppen has successfully completed a bond issue of SEK 1.2 billion under the company's Swedish MTN programme. The bonds have a tenor of 2.7 years. The bonds are divided into two tranches, of which SEK 600 billion carries floatinginterest and SEK 600 million carries fixed interest.

Danske Bank and SEB (Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ)) are Joint Bookrunners for the issue. The bonds will be listed on Nasdaq OMX Stockholm.
