ICA Gruppen’s Annual General Meeting 2024

At ICA Gruppen’s Annual General Meeting,  Magnus Moberg was elected as the new Chairman of the Board.

At the same time, Göran Blomberg, Anette Wiotti, Katarina Romberg, Fredrik Persson, Jan Amethier, Charlotte Svensson, Per Strömberg were Bengt Kjell re-elected as members of the Board.

A new member of the Board is Mikael Norling, ICA retailer and proposed Chairman of the Board of  ICA-handlarnas Förbund.

Claes-Göran Sylvén and Tomas Emanuelz declined re-election.

ICA Gruppen’s Annual General Meeting approved the financial statements for 2023  and the proposed dividend to ICA Gruppen’s two owners,  ICA-handlarnas Förbund and AMF, totalling SEK 540 million.
