Jan-Erik Hellman new CEO of ICA Real Estate

Jan-Erik Hellman has been named as new CEO of ICA Real Estate. Jan-Erik joins ICA from Vasakronan AB, where he has held various senior positions, most recently as Head of Investments & Projects.

“Jan-Erik has a solid record of experience with strategic property development. He has held many leadership roles in the real estate sector, where he has worked across a broad spectrum with deals, projects and facility management. Jan-Erik started out his career in the real estate business with ICA and will now be returning as CEO of our real estate company. Building relationships and inspiring confidence are a couple of Jan-Erik’s strengths, and it is a pleasure to welcome him back to ICA,” comments Nina Jönsson, CEO of ICA Gruppen.
