Karin Andrén new Chief HR Officer for ICA Gruppen
Karin Andrén has been appointed as the new Chief HR Officer (CHRO) for ICA Gruppen. Karin joins the Group from H&M where she has held various leading HR positions since 2011. Previously, Karin worked with HR-related matters at Electrolux and Länsförsäkringsgruppen, among others. Karin Andrén will be a member of ICA Gruppen’s Management Team and will take up her position on 1 April 2024 at the latest.
“Karin not only has long and in-depth experience from various HR roles in complex organisations, but she has also successfully led major change programmes within retail. She is focused on the business and used to working close to customers. I am very pleased that Karin has chosen to join us,” says Nina Jönsson, CEO of ICA Gruppen.
