Merlin Poljak appointed acting CFO of ICA Gruppen

Merlin Poljak has today been appointed acting CFO of ICA Gruppen, succeeding Sonat Burman-Olsson, during the period recruitment of a new CFO is underway.

Merlin Poljak (born 1966) is currently CFO of ICA Sweden. Between 2009 and 2013 he was CFO of Rimi Baltic, ICA Gruppen’s operations in the Baltic countries. Merlin Poljak joined ICA in 2009 from the Electrolux Group where his positions included CFO of their companies in China, India and Russia.

As acting CFO, Merlin Poljak will be a member of ICA Gruppen’s Management Team.
