Per Strömberg elected to ICA Gruppen’s Board of Directors

Per Strömberg, outgoing CEO of ICA Gruppen, has been elected to ICA Gruppen's board of directors as of 1 January 2023, in connection with an extraordinary general meeting.

Already in September 2022, the company announced its intention for Per Strömberg to take a seat on ICA Gruppen's board when he leaves the role as CEO after just over ten years. Per Strömberg will also be part of the board's remuneration committee.
