Swedish ICA stores – August sales figures
Sales in ICA stores increased by 3.4% in August 2019 compared with the corresponding month last year. Sales in like-for-like stores increased by 3.2% compared to last year.

In August 2019, sales in ICA stores totalled SEK 10,571 million excluding VAT, which is an increase of 3.4% compared with the same month in the previous year. Sales in January-August 2019 amounted to SEK 81,010 million, an increase of 2.8% compared with the previous year.
ICA Gruppen estimates the calendar effect for August to be +0.4%.
At 31 August 2019, the number of ICA stores was 1,272. Store sales for September will be published on 8 October 2019 at 08:45 CET.
