Swedish ICA stores – August sales figures
Sales in ICA stores increased by 5.4% in August 2020 compared with the corresponding month last year. Sales in like-for-like stores increased by 5.2% compared to last year.

In August 2020, sales in ICA stores totalled SEK 11,139 million excluding VAT, which is an increase of 5.4% compared with the same month in the previous year. Sales in January-August 2020 amounted to SEK 86,885 million, an increase of 7.3% compared with the previous year.
ICA Gruppen estimates the calendar effect for August to be -2.0%.
At 31 August 2020 the number of ICA stores was 1,269. Store sales for September will be published on 8 October 2020 at 08:45 CET.
