Report from ICA Gruppen’s 2014 Annual General Meeting

ICA Gruppen’s 2014 Annual General Meeting was held on Friday, 11 April at Friends Arena in Solna. Approximately 350 shareholders and guests participated in the Meeting, which was chaired by the Chairman of the Board Claes-Göran Sylvén.ICA Gruppen’s Annual General Meeting approved the proposed dividend of SEK 8.00 per ordinary share for the 2013 financial year. 16 April 2014 was set as the record date for receiving a dividend. Dividends are expected to be paid by Euroclear Sweden AB on Wednesday, 23 April 2014. The Annual General Meeting resolved on re-election of Board members Peter
