Twelve Restaurant & Lounge Bar is located on the Lancashire coast and offers a contemporary British menu using seasonal and locally sourced Lancashire produce. The restaurant has modern, industrial inspired décor with floor to ceiling glass windows, vaulted ceiling and stylish bar.

Background
Twelve was formed in 2000 by husband and wife team, Paul Moss (chef) and Caroline Upton (Front of House). The restaurant is celebrating its 12th anniversary in 2012 and has a strong local following attracting diners from across the North West.
Dishes
Paul grew up at his parents' Blackpool guest house and there are lots of British favourites served with a modern twist such as Trough of Bowland 36-hour slow cooked beef steak. There's Lancashire cheese dishes including Ribblesdale superior goats cheese with poached pear and mulled wine jelly.
Inspired by Twelve's proximity to Fleetwood, Twelve serves a dessert called Fisherman's Friend Pina Colada. It includes home-made shortbread dusted with a light coating of grounded Fisherman's Friend with a coconut and Malibu foam, pineapple sorbet and pineapple jam. Other dishes include langoustine cocktail - lightly battered scampi caught in the Irish Sea off the coast of Cumbria & Lancashire served with a spiced tomato mayonnaise.
Prices, Events & Location
Twelve's seasonal Menu costs £15.95pp for two courses. A La Carte starters from £5.95 and main courses from £18.95.
Twelve regularly holds entertainment evenings, cookery demonstrations, gourmet nights and summer barbecues. Forthcoming events include Taste Lancashire Produce Evening on May 16th in conjunction with local organic vegetable producers, Growing with Nature.
