THE HUNT IS ON FOR LANCASHIRE’S MOST STYLISH SHOPPERS!
Super stylish people from Lancashire are being given the chance to win a catwalk spot in a professional fashion show and a £250 Mall Gift Card.
The Mall Blackburn is hosting a fashion extravaganza and wants real Lancashire people to take part to represent the county.
To be in with a chance of winning hopefuls must go The Mall Blackburn’s Victoria Court on the 3rd, 4th or 5th of August between 11.00am and 3.00pm, where they fill in a quick application form and have their photograph taken.
Twelve finalists’ will be selected from all the entries and their pictures will then be posted on The Mall’s website on Wednesday 8th August, where everyone can vote for their favourites.
The winners will be announced on Monday 3rd September and the four stylish superstars will make their catwalk debut on Saturday 29th September in The Mall Blackburn!
The competition is being hosted by The Mall and Rock FM and is open to all ages, but anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Last year, Lancashire shoppers took part in a fashion show to officially launch the completion of The Mall’s £66m redevelopment.
The event, which also included celebrity autograph signing sessions with Coronation Street’s Katherine Kelly and Chris Fountain, was hailed a huge success.
This year’s fun filled day is set to be a celebration of a fantastic year in The Mall and talks are in progress to confirm who will make a special guest appearance.
Loraine Jones, General Manager of The Mall Blackburn, said: “We had a wonderful response to our model search last year and our winners had an absolutely brilliant time.
“We want to ensure that our shoppers are represented in our fashion show as our way of thanking them for choosing The Mall Blackburn.
“We are hoping to find four more Lancashire superstars in the making for this year’s event and I look forward to meeting them all soon!”
