North West injury claims experts Scott Rees & Co has expressed delight after a client satisfaction survey revealed staff scored top marks for being approachable and pro-active.A survey of more than 180 clients showed that 89 per cent of clients rated Scott Rees staff as ‘very good’ and ‘good’ for being approachable and proactive.
