SCOTT REES PRAISED FOR BEING ‘APPROACHABLE AND PRO-ACTIVE’
North West injury claims experts Scott Rees & Co has expressed delight after a client satisfaction survey revealed staff scored top marks for being approachable and pro-active.A survey of more than 180 clients showed that 89 per cent of clients rated Scott Rees staff as ‘very good’ and ‘good’ for being approachable and proactive. Meanwhile 91 per cent ranked their legal teams’ performance for providing comprehensive verbal advice and explanation in the same top two categories. Nearly half of respondents gave Scott Rees an overall rating of 10/10, and 85 per cent gave a rating of
