Martin Lesalvia is our new VP of Operations
If you like challenges and digitized systems, then you already have a lot in common with Martin Lesalvia. Formerly with Assa Abloy Entrance Systems and Avensia, Martin will take on the newly instated role as VP of Operations at iCore. He will help our customers take their internal processes to the next level and make the integration choice best suited for them.

Martin Lesalvia is an experienced consultant, having worked in multiple roles. He spent 10 years at the multinational group Assa Abloy Entrance Systems, where he was responsible for integrations and as manager for solution automatization flow. Before joining iCore, he worked at e-commerce business Avensia as Development Director.
Hi Martin, why did you join iCore?
“It is a very exciting company. I have a passion for digitalization and believe that the most successful way to prepare a company for the digital world is to have the proper prerequisites – control of your data and an IT architecture driven by an integration platform that makes everything work and connects all applications.
I worked with iCore during my years at Assa Abloy Entrance Systems and know that the people here are great, and that the future of the company is bright.”
What will you be doing at iCore?
“We are instating a new role, VP of Operations, in which I will be responsible for developing iCore’s way of managing client projects. We want our clients to broaden their minds about IT and data and be more involved early on in integration processes. We want to help them take better control of their digitalization and choose the solutions that truly match the needs of their business.
I will also be involved in sales and expand our ways of delivering value-based solutions.”
What are you hoping to bring to iCore?
“I like working with people and having fun together with others, the social part of work is very important. I also love a challenge and sports, I never give up, something that is reflected in my way of working. For months I have been looking forward to joining iCore and I can’t wait to get started.”
