C.S.CARGO manages international supply chain with IFS Applications
IFS solution rolled out in three months to support finance and logistics processes in Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland

Czech-based C.S.CARGO employs 1,600 employees and operates some 2,200 cargo vehicles on a daily basis. It provides transport and logistics services over land by cargo vehicles and rail, and by sea and air.
With complex, international logistics at the core of its business, C.S.CARGO needed a robust business system that could provide a single point of reference for its multi-site staff. Following a thorough evaluation of a number of ERP systems, the company chose IFS Applications.
The IFS solution was deployed in only three months, a feat in large part due to the collaborative spirit that permeated the implementation project at all levels of the C.S.CARGO and IFS organizations. Running IFS Applications has led to benefits such as significant savings in operating costs. It has also managed to reduce the administrative demands of operational business processes. IFS Applications has also made a number of business processes simpler and more efficient.
