Casino Gran Madrid invests in IFS Applications 9 to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Implementing an integrated ERP solution from IFS will provide enhanced management of areas such as finance, purchasing, and inventory
IFS, the global enterprise applications company, announces that Casino Gran Madrid, one of Europe’s largest casinos, has chosen IFS Applications™ 9 to improve its administrative efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
Casino Gran Madrid, one of the biggest casinos in Europe, will implement IFS Applications 9 to improve management of its administrative and financial departments, as well as optimizing purchasing and warehouse processes.
The company needed to streamline and enhance its business processes. Consequently, Casino Gran Madrid embarked on an ERP selection process in search of improved efficiency and cost savings. After analyzing the various products offered by leading global ERP, the company decided to implement IFS Applications.
Casino Gran Madrid selected IFS because it offers advanced functionality covering its needs. The IFS solution will be implemented by local IFS partner Trece Consultoría y Servicios.

During the first phase of the implementation, Casino Gran Madrid will deploy the finance, purchasing and inventory modules together with functionality for document management, business analytics, and internal collaboration. The second phase of the project will focus on maintenance and project management.
