Höegh LNG selects IFS Applications as its global ERP backbone

London, December 16, 2019 – IFS, the global enterprise applications company, announces that Höegh LNG, the industry leader in ownership and operation of modern floating and regasification units (FSRUs), has selected IFS Applications™ as its central business platform.

As a key player in the liquefied natural gas (LNG) value chain, Höegh LNG’s fleet of ten FSRUs and two LNG carriers unlock access to the global LNG market for new importing markets around the world, at a fraction of the cost and time required for the construction of an onshore LNG import terminal.

With its sights set on expanding its global business and increasing its fleet in the future, Oslo-based Höegh LNG needed a robust ERP backbone to replace its incumbent business system environment.
