Larger catalogue of modules and remote learning option now available

IFS, the global enterprise applications company, announced today, at the 2015 IFS World Conference in Boston, the launch of IFS Academy Learning Center, a flexible eLearning option, as well as an expanded portfolio of 20 new specialist-level courses.

IFS Academy for Partners was established to train and certify partners, contributing to an ecosystem of trusted IFS partners to support, deliver, and add value to IFS customers. The academy delivers training across the IFS Applications suite.

IFS Academy is now expanding its offering with some 20 new specialist-level courses covering functional areas such as HR, project management, and manufacturing-aligned modules that comprise IFS Applications.

In addition to the new courses, IFS is launching IFS Academy Learning Center, which is an eLearning tool that empowers IFS partners to receive training remotely.

“We are very excited about launching specialist courses, which will arm consultants working with our solutions with robust skills and experience, which, in turn, translates into added value for our customers,” said Anders Lif, head of IFS Academy. “Adding remote eLearning capabilities to our portfolio makes our training modules accessible from anywhere in the world, thereby ensuring a flexible and cost-effective delivery of IFS competence.”

“Training our staff through IFS Academy has provided us with a structured yet flexible way of developing our competence,” said Eric Vennix, Partner, Deloitte Consulting.

Undergoing training and certification is Dutch IT consulting firm Eqeep, a Gold-level member of the IFS Partner Network and a Bronze sponsor of IFS World Conference. “The IFS Academy has delivered training at the very highest level of quality and professionalism, adding real value to our organization in the form of increased competence,” Harm van Echteld, Eqeep said. “The curriculum is comprehensive and delivery of the actual training very flexible.”

Since its launch in 2014, IFS Academy has had a month-on-month growth of 25 percent in number of people receiving training. For more information about the IFS Academy and to browse the full catalogue of available courses, please visit: www.ifsworld.com/en/partners/ifs-academy/
