Continued focus on employee engagement and trust sees IFS listed for tenth consecutive year

IFS, the global enterprise applications company, announces that the company has once again been placed among the best places to work in Sweden.

Since its inaugural placing on the Great Place to Work’s Cultural Audit in 2010, IFS has consistently been named as one of Sweden’s best workplaces, achieving Hall of Fame status in 2015 and now attaining Legend status, one of only five companies to do so. The company was recognized at the annual Great Place to Work® gala on March 27 in Stockholm, Sweden.

“It is a great honor to gain the prestigious legend status from The Great Place to Work Institute,” said IFS CHRO Jane Keith. “A great workplace is built on collaboration, trust and employee engagement, which together drive strong business performance. IFS is focused on creating the right culture to motivate all our employees around the globe and accolades such as this reflect the positive impact our efforts are having.”

IFS attributes its continued success in the audit to its ongoing commitment to fostering a positive work culture that is based on its Scandinavian cultural heritage. IFS strives for continuous improvement and the Great Place to Work survey allows the company to understand where employees are most satisfied, and also how to prioritize opportunities to continue to improve.

Great Place to Work is the global authority on building, sustaining, and recognizing high-trust, high-performing workplace cultures. The Great Place to Work Trust Model is built on 30 years of research and data collected through its Trust Index Employee Survey, which is taken annually by millions of employees worldwide.

“High levels of engagement creates success. This is a fact known to us at Great Place to Work® and to our clients who invest their resources, energy and their time on their workplace culture. Being named Sweden's Best Workplace is the ultimate proof that IFS has succeeded!" added Maria Grudén, CEO Great Place to Work in Sweden

Globally IFS employees have an average tenure of 8.7 years, among the longest in the entire industry.
