IFS and SEBSA partner with the University of Moratuwa to empower Sri Lanka’s next generation of technologists.

Media Alert, Colombo, 19 September 2023: Expanding its long-standing commitment towards Sri Lanka’s education sector, the global cloud enterprise software company IFS has entered a unique partnership with the University of Moratuwa to give students improved learning access to modern and world-class ERP (enterprise resource planning) systems. 

The initiative collaborates with IFS partner SEBSA, who were instrumental in introducing IFS Cloud to the University and who will implement the application and provide students with hosting and support capabilities while contributing to university curricula and lectures. The signing of the MOU took place recently at IFS Colombo office and consecutively at the University of Moratuwa. It featured the participation of Stephen Keys, Chief Talent & Sustainability Officer of IFS, and representatives from the University of Moratuwa headed by the Vice Chancellor Prof. N.D Gunwardena as well as Muthuraja Nanayakkara, Chief Executive Officer of SEBSA and further representatives.
