IFS Applications to support 3,000 users across three countries

IFS, the global enterprise applications company, announces that GK, a leading technical contractor and service provider, has chosen IFS Applications™ to unify key business processes and accelerate growth.

GK Gruppen AS is one of Scandinavia’s leading technical contractor and service partners within plumbing, ventilation, cooling, building automation, electrical installations and security. The company has more than 3,000 employees in Norway, Sweden and Denmark.

GK Gruppen AS and its’ subsidiaries will be leveraging a fully integrated ERP solution to support and optimize mission-critical business processes such as service management, project management, CRM, mobility, HR, BI, supply chain, and finance.

The solution will provide the 3,000 users with an end-to-end solution for service and project management, ranging from single work orders to extensive service and maintenance contracts and large projects across multiple business units and subsidiaries. GK field service technicians will be equipped with advanced capabilities for managing tasks and work orders via mobile devices. IFS Applications will eventually be replacing most of GKs existing systems.
