IFS, the global enterprise applications company, announces that Brisbane, Australia-based property development company, QM Properties, will deploy IFS Applications™ to transform its business with customer experience improvements enabled by real-time data access, CRM and mobility features, and robust property lifecycle management capabilities.
Key to the business transformation of QM Properties is the consolidation of business systems across finance, HR, sales & customer relationship management, project management and property management into a single unified system. This will streamline many business processes and provide access to integrated, real-time information and reporting.
The addition of CRM and mobile functionality will drive customer experience improvements, as will the deployment of mobile-ready capabilities for property lifecycle management, including purchasing, construction, marketing, sales and maintenance activities.
The solution also allows for management of all property-related documentation including contracts and agreements. The latest information about properties available for sale, for example, will be automatically delivered online, and staff will be able to retrieve and provide information relevant to customers via mobile devices, enabling a more sophisticated and personalized experience.
In a competitive purchasing process, IFS’s ability to meet QM’s requirements by configuring standard solutions with little to no code development was a decisive factor. IFS was able to demonstrate a prototype solution before other ERP suppliers, giving QM added confidence in not only IFS’s ability to deliver but also their understanding of QM’s business needs. IFS’s ability to provide an on-premises solution enabled QM to leverage its existing IT infrastructure with the flexibility to transition to a cloud solution in the future.
