Russia’s largest data center selects IFS Applications 9 to increase efficiency
Moscow-based DataPro will implement IFS Applications 9 to streamline maintenance and after sales support at the company’s Tier 3-certified data center
IFS, the global enterprise applications company, announces that DataPro, the largest data center in Russia, has chosen to implement IFS Applications™ 9. The project is scheduled to be completed by the end of this year.
DataPro is renowned for delivering a thoroughly reliable and highly available computing infrastructure that allows customers throughout Russia to deploy, run, and scale complex projects.
To help maintain its 16,000 square meter, 3,000-server-rack data center, DataPro needed a flexible business solution that could support its current and future business goals. Following a comprehensive evaluation project, the company chose IFS Applications.
With IFS Applications 9, DataPro will be able to effectively manage the technical maintenance and after sales support of its hardware equipment. The IFS solution’s robust support for equipment configuration management and service management will empower DataPro to provide valuable and qualified services to its clients. The IFS solution also includes support for mission-critical processes such as human resources and distribution as well as technical and operational document management.
