IFS solution to provide seamless built-in project control for planning, reporting and follow-up

IFS, the global enterprise applications company, announces that Alimak Group AB, a global market leader in vertical access solutions for the industrial and construction sectors, has chosen to deploy IFS Applications™ 10.

For 70 years, Alimak Group has been a pioneer and an industry leader in supplying standard and custom-built elevators, hoists and work platforms based on rack-and-pinion technology. With sales in more than 100 countries, the business extends over the entire value chain, from product development, manufacturing, marketing, distribution, sales and after sales.

To gain better visibility of its entire supply chain, Alimak Group has chosen IFS Applications to be its central platform in Sweden and from there expand globally. The main benefits Alimak expects to achieve are:
