High Demand for Crypto Betting Bonuses in the UK

New research from online gambling aggregator freebets.ltd.uk has uncovered a growing appetite for crypto betting promotions. The business, which has been mapping the changing gambling landscape for decades, has identified a 20% spike in the number of crypto gamblers when compared to statistics from 2021.

Wanting to dig deeper into why punters were displaying this passion for crypto betting services, freebets.ltd.uk quizzed its community of bettors.

Out of the 2,000 punters surveyed, 41% preferred to use cryptocurrencies due to the speed of transactions, which are famously quicker than traditional card payments. 24% of bettors valued the security that betting with crypto brought them. Being encrypted, crypo transactions are anonymous and highly secure. Flat translation fees were another common answer, which more than 15% of participants gave.

Some of the biggest betting UK brands for crypto bettors include 888Sport, Cloudbet, Stake and Sportsbet.io.
