Xtremepush and Immensity Unite Acquisition and CRM Intelligence

Xtremepush and Immensity have formed a strategic partnership designed to connect acquisition insights with customer engagement from the very start of the player journey.

The collaboration enables iGaming operators using Xtremepush’s customer engagement platform to leverage Immensity’s acquisition intelligence as soon as a player enters their ecosystem, providing valuable context before behavioural data has been established.

Through the integration, Immensity delivers player-level insights based on affiliate provenance, channel attribution and acquisition-source signals. This information is fed directly into Xtremepush’s CRM environment, allowing operators to personalise segmentation, automate journeys and activate predictive tools from a player's first session rather than relying on standard onboarding assumptions.

The partnership aims to address one of the industry's longstanding challenges: the lack of meaningful player intelligence during the early stages of the lifecycle, when engagement decisions can have the greatest impact.
