Of respondents who are already importing held-away assets into their CRM systems, more than half are doing it manually, which is highly inefficient.

Advisors will simply log into their Redtail CRM each morning and view clients’ positions/holdings from the prior day close.
When it comes to evaluating the ROI of a CRM system, survey respondents consider increasing efficiency (83.4 percent) and increasing client satisfaction (70.6 percent) to be two of the most important factors.
