The press release sent out at 11:30 today accidentally contained a reference to the MAR Regulation at the end of the press release. Below is a corrected press release without reference to the MAR Regulation but with the same content in other respects.

Kevin Foster steps down as a Board member of InCoax
Kevin Foster steps down as a Board member of InCoax with effect from 16 June 2022.  Kevin has been a Board Member since 2020 and will remain as an advisor to InCoax via his consultancy company. InCoax would like to thank Kevin for his outstanding contribution to the development of the company as a board member and look forward to continuing tap on his vast knowledge and experience within the telecommunication and broadband area.
