New chairman of the board of directors in InCoax Networks AB

Richard Tooby, chairman of the board of directors of InCoax Networks AB, has today resigned from the board of directors due to personal reasons. Due to this, the board of directors has appointed the existing board member Peter Agardh as new chairman of the board of directors.
