Indutrade acquires Norwegian instrument company
On 1 July Indutrade signed an agreement to acquire all of the shares in Finisterra AS (www.finisterra.no) with annual sales of approximately 50 MNOK.Finisterra is a niche technical trading business offering test- and measurement instruments from leading suppliers to customers in Norway and Sweden. The product offering is focused on moisture measurement instruments, but also includes other types of measurement equipment, as well as pumps.
