Disclosure of voting rights

In connection with Extraordinary General Meeting of Infratek ASA to be held September 26th 2013, OBOS represented by Bjørn Skredderberget, has received proxy based voting rights for 1,964,567 shares, representing 3.08 per cent of the votes in the company.

OBOS owns 1,851,915 shares and will therefore represent 3,816,482 shares, equivalent to 5.98 per cent of the share capital and votes in Infratek ASA.

The proxies are without instructions and are valid only for the Extraordinary General Meeting September 26th 2013.
