Recalculation of warrants in Insplorion AB (publ) due to completed rights issue

Due to the rights issue, which was successfully completed before the summer, recalculation has been made in accordance with the terms of the two outstanding warrants programs regarding the subscription price and/or the number of shares that each warrant entitles to subscription for.

Insplorion AB (publ) has two outstanding warrant programs, TO2018/2020 which is aimed at staff and key people in the company and TO1 2018/2023 which was distributed to all shareholders in connection with the financing agreement with ESGO, signed at the beginning of 2018 and traded on Spotlight Stock Market (INSP TO1).
 
For TO2018/2020, the new subscription price is SEK 47.30 (previously SEK 48.00) and the new subscription right gives the right to subscribe 1.014 shares per subscription option, against the previous 1.0.
 
For TO1 2018/2023, the new subscription price is SEK 11.50 per share (previously SEK 31.50). The number of shares that each warrant entitles to subscription for has not been recalculated, whereby one warrant still gives the right to subscribe for one share.
