Change to the arrangements for Instalco AB’s Annual General Meeting and invitation to presentation of the Q1 interim report
Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, the Board of Directors has decided to implement additional precautionary measures in conjunction with the Annual General Meeting for Instalco AB on 7 May 2020. Intalco AB is also releasing its interim report for the first quarter of 2020 on 7 May at 11.00 CET. It will be presented in a telephone conference/audiocast at 14.00 CET that same day.
It has been proposed that Carl Friberg from Morris Law Firm shall serve as Chairman for the AGM. Representatives from the Board of Directors and the company’s auditor will not attend the meeting in person. Rather, they will participate by phone. A representative from the election committee and the CEO of Instalco will be present the meeting.
The CEO’s speech, in Swedish, will be recorded in advance and it will only be published on the company’s website, instalco.se, in conjunction with opening the AGM.
These precautionary measures are being implemented so that it will be possible to conduct the AGM with the lowest possible risks to shareholders, employees and other stakeholders.
Intalco’s interim report for the first quarter of 2020 will be published on 7 May at 11.00 CET. Later that day, at 14.00 CET, Intalco’s CEO, Per Sjöstrand, will present and comment on the report in English in a telephone conference/audiocast.
