MOTHERS’ MEETING AT BLACKPOOL ZOO
Take your mum for a walk on the wild side on Mother’s Day this year and introduce her to some of the fabulous first timers at Blackpool Zoo.
Gillian the lioness will celebrate her inaugural Mother’s Day with her daughters Luna, Kimya and Nikita, who will be one in April. O’Grady the giraffe, who is just five months old, will be cosying up to her mum Sonia, whilst Nugget the Bongo will be bonding with her four week old son/daughter. It will be a different story over at Gorilla Mountain where Miliki, who is six months pregnant, will be relaxing and looking forward to the birth of her baby in June this year. And for those living in FY1 to FY8, PR3 and PR4 there is an added incentive of a 50 per cent discount on entry for the whole family as part of the zoo’s March Madness promotion. As an extra special present for animal loving mums the zoo’s membership package will give the whole family unlimited access until December 31st this year, which means you can all watch our extraordinary animal families as they grow. Members also receive a 10% discount at the zoo’s shops and restaurants, a regular newsletter, email updates on the attraction’s latest news and exclusive invitations to special ‘members-only’ events that are being planned for the year ahead. They are also able to take advantage of half price admission into Parques Reunidos’ other UK attractions, the Aquarium of the Lakes and the Bournemouth Oceanarium. -ENDS- Notes to editors: March Madness Up to four people per household can take advantage of the offer but it cannot be used in conjunction with family tickets or any other discount offers.
