International Personal Finance plc (IPF) will publish its 2021 Half-year Consolidated Financial Report on Tuesday 27 July, 2021.
As a result of the end of the transition period following the United Kingdom's withdrawal from the European Union, IPF now has additional reporting obligations resulting from IPF's secondary listing on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and is required to publish detailed quarterly consolidated financial reports. Consequently, IPF will also publish a consolidated financial report for the 3 months from 1 January to 31 March 2021 at the same time as its 2021 Half-year Consolidated Financial Report, on both the London and Warsaw Stock Exchanges. IPF previously published its Q1 trading update on 29 April 2021 and the Q1 consolidated financial report will provide further detail on this performance.
