Anders Engdahl has been appointed new Chief Financial Officer of Intrum. Engdahl is currently Chief Investment Officer and he takes on the new role today, 27 May 2019. Former CFO Danko Maras leaves the company.

“Anders Engdahl has since he joined Lindorff in 2014, gained deep understanding of our core business, both debt collection and portfolio investments. He has a broad and long experience from the international financial sector with focus on Financial Services,” says Mikael Ericson, President & CEO of Intrum.

“Intrum is in an exciting phase where we are consolidating our market leading position in Europe. Our financial goals for 2020 remain firm and we are accelerating the way we leverage our scale to deliver industry leading and truly cost efficient services to support our clients’ needs.”

“I would like to thank Danko Maras for his contribution since he joined Intrum last summer”, says Mikael Ericson. “Danko is a highly experienced finance professional who has held several senior positions in the fast moving consumer goods industry. However, Intrum needs a CFO with a strong background from the credit management services sector and the decision to leave has been jointly agreed.”

Javier Aranguren and Olivier Boulanger have been appointed co-heads of the Portfolio Investment (PI) business at Intrum. Both have leading positions within Intrum’s PI business today.
