“With the aim to further enhance our value creation for clients and customers, while taking advantage of our size and laying the foundation for continued long-term growth, we focused strongly on establishing a simpler, more digital and scalable business model through our ONE Intrum transformation programme. We have also made significant progress on the sustainability agenda and our efforts have been recognised with strong ratings from MSCI and Sustainalytics.

I am proud to lead an organisation with such dedicated and skilled colleagues, who have enabled us to considerably improve all our cash key performance indicators year-on-year, but also in comparison with pre-pandemic levels in 2019.

Having stepped into 2022, and notwithstanding the currently uncertain external factors with the ongoing war and humanitarian crisis in Ukraine, we expect to see increased growth as the commercial successes of 2021 start to contribute – together with the leverage from the ONE Intrum programme. Intrum is very well positioned to continue leading the credit management development in Europe”, says Anders Engdahl, President and CEO at Intrum.
