Intrum’s Nomination Committee proposes New Chair of the Board
The Nomination Committee of Intrum AB proposes that Magnus Lindquist is elected Chair of the Board of Directors of the company at the Annual General Meeting on 29 April, 2022. The current Chair Per E. Larsson has declined re-election.
Magnus Lindquist has several years of international experience, both in executive and non-executive roles in public and private companies. Magnus Lindquist will bring experience from many industries in rapidly changing environments such as Services and Fintech. Magnus Lindquist is co-Managing Partner of CORDET Capital Partners and a member of the Board of Directors of Cary Group. He has previously been senior partner of Triton and has experience as Chair of the Boards of Munters and Cary Group.
The Chair of the Nomination Committee, Robert Furuhjelm, comments:

The Nomination Committee’s members are Robert Furuhjelm, appointed by Nordic Capital, Tomas Flodén, appointed by AMF & AMF Fonder, Pia Gisgård, appointed by Swedbank Robur Fonder, Ossian Ekdahl, appointed by Första AP-fonden and Henrik Söderberg, appointed by C WorldWide Asset Management. Helen Fasth Gillstedt has been co-opted to the Committee, as proposed by Handelsbanken Fonder.
The Nomination Committee’s complete proposal will be presented in the notice to the Annual General Meeting in March 2022.
