Magdalena Persson proposed new board member of Intrum

The Nomination Committee of Intrum Justitia AB (publ) will propose Magdalena Persson as new board member at the Annual General Meeting on 27 April 2018.

All of the current board members – Per E. Larsson, Hans Larsson, Kristoffer Melinder, Andreas Näsvik, Synnöve Trygg, Fredrik Trägårdh, Ragnhild Wiborg and Magnus Yngen – will be nominated for re-election. Per E. Larsson will be proposed for re-election as chairman and Magnus Yngen as deputy chairman.

Magdalena Persson is the chairman of the board of Candidator AB, a board member of NCAB Group and is an advisor of EQT Partners. She has been the chairman of the board of Affecto Plc and a board member of Aditro and Fortnox. She has also been the CEO of Interflora and has held several roles in Microsoft, SamSari and WM Data. Magdalena Persson holds a master’s degree and a licentiate degree in industrial economics and management from the University of Linköping.

The Nomination Committee's complete proposal will be presented in the notice to the Annual General Meeting and on the company's website.

The Nomination Committee consists of Robert Furuhjelm, chairman (Cidron 1748 Sarl/Nordic Capital), Johan Strandberg (SEB Funds), Mats Gustafsson (Lannebo Funds), Carl Cederschiöld (Handelsbanken Funds) and Thomas Flodén (AMF and AMF Funds). The chairman of the board, Per E. Larsson, has been co-opted to the Nomination Committee.
