    Latour completes acquisition of Arkel

    On July 19[th], 2024, Investment AB Latour, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Innovalift AB, signed an agreement to acquire Arkel based in based in Istanbul, Türkiye to expand its geographic reach and complement its product portfolio of components for elevators.     Latour expands in workwear by acquiring Lyngsøe Rainwear

    Investment AB Latour has, through its fully owned subsidiary Hultafors Group AB, acquired 100% of the shares in Lyngsøe Rainwear ApS. Lyngsøe Rainwear is a supplier of high-quality rainwear for the professional end user, with headquarter in Herning, Denmark. The company was founded in 1999 by Bo Lyngsøe, who will remain in his role as Managing Director. Since 2018, Lyngsøe Rainwear have been a part of Hansen Protection in Norway who were acquired by Survitec in 2021, a global Survival Technology solutions provider that sell to the maritime, offshore, aerospace and defence industries.

    After conversions of 7,608 shares from series A to series B in accordance with the company's Articles of Association, Investment AB Latour confirms the following.     Investment AB Latour has, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Swegon Group AB, signed an agreement to acquire HOWATHERM Klimatechnik GmbH, a family-owned manufacturer of modular air handing units, based in Brücken, Germany.  The acquisition is subject to approval by antitrust authorities and closing is expected during January 2025.     Today Investment AB Latour issued two bond loans of in total SEK 2,250 m, within the aggregate nominal amount of the existing MTN program. The first bond loan amounts to SEK 650 m with a tenor of 3 years and carries a floating interest rate of three months STIBOR + a margin of 0.57 per cent annually. The second bond loan amounts to SEK 500 m with a tenor of 3 years and carries a fixed interest rate of 2.683 per cent annually.
