    Latour acquires German air handling unit manufacturer HOWATHERM

    Investment AB Latour has, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Swegon Group AB, signed an agreement to acquire HOWATHERM Klimatechnik GmbH, a family-owned manufacturer of modular air handing units, based in Brücken, Germany.  The acquisition is subject to approval by antitrust authorities and closing is expected during January 2025. Established in 1969, HOWATHERM is a manufacturer of modular air handling units primarily to the German market, and with a subsidiary in Luxemburg for sales in the Benelux region.     Investment AB Latour (publ) issues bond loans

    Today Investment AB Latour issued two bond loans of in total SEK 2,250 m, within the aggregate nominal amount of the existing MTN program. The first bond loan amounts to SEK 650 m with a tenor of 3 years and carries a floating interest rate of three months STIBOR + a margin of 0.57 per cent annually. The second bond loan amounts to SEK 500 m with a tenor of 3 years and carries a fixed interest rate of 2.683 per cent annually. The third bond loan amounts to SEK 250 m with a tenor of 5 years and carries a floating interest rate of three months STIBOR + a margin of 0.90 per cent annually.

    Investment AB Latour (publ) has during the period September 4, 2024, to September 6, 2024, repurchased a total of 100,000 class B shares (ISIN SE0010100958) for a weighted average price of SEK 310.61 per share, see compilation in the table below.     Investment AB Latour has, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Swegon Group AB, signed an agreement to acquire HC Groep. Closing is expected to take place in August 2024.     Investment AB Latour (publ) (“Latour”) has prepared an updated base prospectus for the company's existing MTN-Programme that today has been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw.
