    Investment AB Latour has, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Swegon Group AB, signed an agreement to acquire HOWATHERM Klimatechnik GmbH, a family-owned manufacturer of modular air handing units, based in Brücken, Germany.  The acquisition is subject to approval by antitrust authorities and closing is expected during January 2025.     Today Investment AB Latour issued two bond loans of in total SEK 2,250 m, within the aggregate nominal amount of the existing MTN program. The first bond loan amounts to SEK 650 m with a tenor of 3 years and carries a floating interest rate of three months STIBOR + a margin of 0.57 per cent annually. The second bond loan amounts to SEK 500 m with a tenor of 3 years and carries a fixed interest rate of 2.683 per cent annually.
